About Jeff
One dad, one son, and a camera that never leaves the gig.
Jeff's Sun Valley Jazz Videos started the way most good things do — with a proud father and a camera. Jeff films his son Valley's jazz performances in and around Sun Valley, Idaho, where the mountains are as much a part of the show as the music.
Every video here is a real performance, filmed live with the valley's big skies and peak-studded horizon as a backdrop. No studio polish, no cuts hiding the mistakes — just the honest sound of a young horn player growing into his own voice.
New videos are added as the gigs happen, from lodge sets to summer lawn concerts. Pour something warm, press play, and let the mountains sing along.
The next set is always worth the wait
Follow along as Valley's playing grows, one Sun Valley performance at a time.
